Why we are building this.

A year ago, using AI well was the advantage. Now everyone has the same tools. What is left is the person using them: the judgment, the taste, the things you refuse to accept. That part is still yours, and it is the part that can still be exceptional.

Work with anything long enough and it starts to change how you work. AI is no different. You delegate more. You check differently. You want things you did not want a year ago. Some of that you chose. Some of it just happened. Right now there is no way to tell which.

We are not here to say the change is good or bad. Nobody can. We are building an instrument that shows you, instead of you guessing.

KORTURE.ai reads the AI work you choose to share and shows you what is still yours. It names the one capability that would matter most for you, then sets up your AI so that capability is easier to practise in the work you already do.

An earlier version of KORTURE.ai asked you questions about your work. Reading the work itself turned out to be the only honest way to do it, so that is what we build now.

It runs inside the AI tools you already use, on your own subscription. Nothing has to move anywhere. The record belongs to you, not your employer and not a leaderboard. Change jobs and it comes with you.

The reading is early. We are making it sharper with the people in early access, and we will say so plainly until it is done. We will not tell you it is proven before it is.

• A grade on you as a person.
• A score an employer can see.
• A leaderboard, or a reason to use more AI.
• A product that talks more than it knows.
